By accessing or using Salon 3636's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Salon 3636 provides hair salon and barbershop services at our Westlake Hills location. Services are by appointment only and subject to availability.

Appointments and Cancellations

Booking

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person
• A valid credit card may be required to hold certain appointments
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service price
• Repeated no-shows may result in requiring prepayment for future appointments

Pricing and Payment

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All prices are in US dollars
• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and gift cards
• Gratuities are not included in service prices

Gift Cards

• Gift cards never expire
• Gift cards are non-refundable
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase
• Gift cards may be used for services and products but not for gratuities

Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days, and we will work to make it right. This may include a complimentary adjustment appointment.

Health and Safety

• Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your service
• We reserve the right to refuse service if you have a contagious condition
• Children must be supervised at all times
• We maintain strict sanitation standards in compliance with state regulations

Photography and Marketing

We may photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your stylist. By accepting our services, you grant us permission to use photos of our work for promotional purposes.

Personal Property

We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salon 3636 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salon 3636, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
